Reserve our 1,400 sq. ft. studio by the hour for ultimate flexibility. Starting at $75/hour, this option is perfect for photographers who need a professional space for short-term projects or last-minute shoots.
Essential Subscription plan

Enjoy the benefits of consistent studio time with our subscription plans. Starting at $250/month, you'll get 5 hours of studio access to use at your convenience throughout the month.
Pro Studio Subscription Plan

Take your photography to the next level with our Pro subscription plan. For $450/month, you'll receive 10 hours of studio access, offering incredible value for professionals with frequent shoots or larger projects.

We have parking for approximately 9-10 cars.
A maximum of 20 people are allowed per shoot.
Yes! We ask that you please clean up any messes your furry friends may make.
You may move furniture within the studio as needed. Please handle it with care.
Feel free to use the garage door. Please remember to close and lock it securely.
To keep the space clean and inviting for all users, please return everything to its original place and leave the studio cleaner than you found it.
Your monthly subscription renews on the same day each month, regardless of when you sign up. There are no prorated billing cycles.
Alcohol consumption is permitted with prior approval. Please drink responsibly.
We provide a variety of non-electronic equipment for your use. Professional photo and video equipment is available for rent.
High-speed fiber internet is available for your convenience.
You will have exclusive access to the studio, except for brief instances when the studio owner may need to access the equipment closet.
